We hope you never have need to contact our claims or medical assistance services. However, if you do, their numbers are below and also contained in your policy Schedule and the Policy Wording.
What to do in an emergency:
If you need an ambulance, use the local equivalent of a UK 999 call.
Contact our medical assistance service on +44 20 7183 3751. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to offer you advice in an emergency situation. The staff speak a range of languages and can provide information about medical facilities and liaise with medical staff.
If you or someone else is being taken to hospital, speak to the ambulance driver and get details of the hospital you/they are being taken to, so our medical assistance service’s doctor will be able to obtain a medical report at the earliest possible opportunity.
Please check your policy wording for any information about what we need you to do. We don't handle claims ourselves. The insurer uses the services of specialist claims handlers. See below for how to obtain a claim form.
